Mrs. Beshear’s class has been working towards a goal. They had to fill their jar with warm fuzzies. When it was filled they were able to take their shoes off while they worked in class. Parent’s, ask the kids what they had to do to earn a warm fuzzy!

5th grade has been studying subjects and predicates. Today they were able to test their knowledge on Blooket. Mrs. Baley’s class challenged Mrs. Moffett to a game. She was in first place till the very end when a student pulled ahead and beat her.

Mrs. Graves was the guest speaker for Mrs. Butler, Mrs. Bursey and Mrs. York’s classes today. She told them about her family trip to the lake riding jet skis, canoes, paddle boards and in a boat. They also talked about safety and why we wear life jackets. We are having fun learning about different adventures!

Parents, we like to support our high school athletes by dressing up like they do for football games. We will follow the same dress up theme days as the secondary campus. Students still need to remain within dress code guidelines when dressing up. This Friday’s theme is “camo”.

Mrs. Yenetchi’s students were showing how they could skip counting starting on numbers other than 0. When they finished they were able to have a brain break and sing and dance to a math video on the same topic. 2nd grade is so much fun!
